Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $220,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute a high-impact investor relations strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Craft compelling narratives to articulate the company's value proposition to institutional investors and analysts.
• Oversee all investor communications, including press, presentations, and quarterly earnings processes.
• Collaborate with the CFO and CEO to plan and execute capital raises and financing transactions.
• Provide actionable market intelligence and feedback to the Board and executive leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and the broader financial community.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or venture capital.
• Proven track record in executing capital raises or advising on financing transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with investors and executives.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• IPO experience is strongly preferred.
