What you will do

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison for a portfolio of high-value, complex key accounts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals to maintain high retention rates.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to advocate for product enhancements.
  • Lead executive business reviews and provide performance reporting and risk mitigation plans.
  • Partner with technical and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or consultative sales.
  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving growth goals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience in building and executing strategic account plans.
  • Must be based in Norwalk, CT.

Nice to have

  • Background in IT management software, cybersecurity, or MSP ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and data analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology; MBA is a plus.
