Location: Hybrid from Manchester office; must be eligible to live and work in the UK
Salary: £75K – £85K

What you will do
- Define and own the end-to-end partnerships strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Recruit and onboard PropTech providers to build a marketplace and API ecosystem.
- Drive commercial results and take accountability for revenue and pipeline generated via partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and develop integrations.
- Build the enablement, tooling, and processes necessary to scale the partnerships function.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and closing B2B SaaS partnerships, including technology or channel partnerships.
- Strong commercial and negotiation instincts with the ability to structure revenue-focused deals.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from a blank page.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in PropTech or partnering within the property/estate agency sector.
- Familiarity with marketplace or API/ecosystem partnership models.
- Experience as an early or founding hire in a business function.
