What you will do
- Lead and coach teams of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to achieve regional revenue and pipeline targets.
- Own regional sales execution, including forecasting, pipeline health, and performance management.
- Partner with Account Executives on high-value deal strategy, qualification, and executive-level negotiations.
- Develop and implement regional pipeline generation strategies aligned with territory priorities.
- Collaborate with global leadership to optimize territory planning, resource allocation, and market penetration.
- Provide regional business insights and feedback to the Chief Revenue Officer and Global Head of Sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales management within the SaaS or fintech industry.
- Strong track record of managing regional sales organizations and achieving revenue objectives.
- Deep understanding of commercial and regulatory dynamics in the UK, Nordics, Middle East, APAC, and Africa.
- Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline governance, and enterprise sales methodologies.
- Ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Must be able to work from the London office 2-3 days per week.
