What you will do
- Own the full commercial sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Execute AE-led outbound prospecting to engage senior executive and functional stakeholders.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and structure non-standard deal terms.
- Articulate the strategic value of the Controls Platform to business unit leaders.
- Maintain high-fidelity pipeline and forecast hygiene within HubSpot.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive expansion and renewals post-signature.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
- Deep knowledge of executive buying dynamics in large, regulated financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of business models and regulatory pressures in the financial sector.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to articulate strategic value cases to C-level and functional buyers.
- Proficiency in CRM hygiene and disciplined pipeline management.
