Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Own the full commercial sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Execute AE-led outbound prospecting to engage senior executive and functional stakeholders.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and structure non-standard deal terms.
  • Articulate the strategic value of the hirify.global Controls Platform to business unit leaders.
  • Maintain high-fidelity pipeline and forecast hygiene within HubSpot.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive expansion and renewals post-signature.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
  • Deep knowledge of executive buying dynamics in large, regulated financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of business models and regulatory pressures in the financial sector.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to articulate strategic value cases to C-level and functional buyers.
  • Proficiency in CRM hygiene and disciplined pipeline management.
