What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Studio Operations professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own workforce planning, staffing, utilization, and capacity across multiple Business Units.
• Improve processes, workflows, and operational standards to ensure studios operate efficiently.
• Monitor studio health through capacity planning, workload distribution, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Act as the operational escalation point for complex staffing, delivery, and workflow challenges.
• Partner with Studio Leaders, Finance, Product, and Sales to align operational priorities and improve execution.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading operations, workforce planning, or resource management within a creative, agency, or professional services environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in capacity planning, utilization management, and operational performance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use operational data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience building scalable operational processes and driving organizational change.
