TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (approximately 4 days a week in office)

What you will do
- Implement practice value propositions and go-to-market strategies for assigned client portfolios.
- Drive operational transformation and execute plans to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.
- Manage the adoption of the GOC/offshoring model to maximize the value of global talent.
- Champion the use of WPP's Open AI infrastructure and operational tools within teams and client accounts.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Act as a trusted operational advisor and key contact for senior agency and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in media operations with a strong track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen, including experience with forecasting and resource management.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and transformation initiatives from planning to execution.
- Broad domain expertise across multiple media practices, including Search, Social, and Programmatic.
- Experience working within a matrixed organization and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK (Hybrid: 4 days/week)
