What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meeting through candidate start date.
- Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements, hiring needs, and business objectives.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical candidates.
- Recruit for software engineering, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, infrastructure, and architecture positions.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain talent pipelines, recruiting records, and performance metrics in Workday.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting software engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity professionals, data engineers or scientists, architects, and infrastructure engineers.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and modern technology stacks.
- Ability to influence hiring managers using recruiting strategy, market trends, compensation insights, and talent intelligence.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Dice, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms.
