Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia. Hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite; candidates based in the Tysons vicinity are prioritized.

Annual base salary: $170,500–$235,000.

What you will do

• Own the Public Sector and enterprise security product roadmap, including AI-powered and core security capabilities.
• Translate government authorizations and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CJIS, IRS 1075, and NIST 800-53 into product and engineering requirements.
• Define authentication, SSO, permissions, encryption, tenant isolation, data residency, retention, audit logging, SIEM export, consent, and PII redaction capabilities.
• Shape the availability of AI features in government-authorized and regulated environments in partnership with AI governance and Legal.
• Prioritize security, compliance, and AI governance remediation work and establish secure-by-default product settings.
• Represent product capabilities, security posture, AI functionality, and certification status to customers, partners, Sales, Delivery, and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, including public sector, government, or highly regulated markets.
• Experience defining and executing a roadmap for AI-powered enterprise SaaS features.
• Experience launching products through FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CJIS, IRS 1075, or comparable authorization and translating compliance frameworks into engineering requirements.
• Experience aligning engineering, security, compliance, Legal, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Experience driving product initiatives from strategy through operationalization while balancing compliance, AI governance, and feature priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or Google Public Sector.
• Experience shipping AI or generative AI features in regulated or government-authorized environments.
• Familiarity with IL4/IL5, ITAR, or related defense compliance regimes.
• CISSP, CISA, or CGRC certification; Customer Experience Management, agile, Productboard, or JIRA experience.
