Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $85,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key domain or product area, from ideation and customer discovery through launch and iteration.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with customer needs and company goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver and improve product features.
• Research customer problems using user feedback, analytics, and market insights.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and optimize for customer and business impact.
• Mentor product colleagues and help raise product management standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Applications; an MBA is an advantage.
• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in an equivalent Product Manager role or with a development or technical background.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Experience leading product initiatives at scale in SaaS and B2B environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity or the technology industry, with strong technical fluency and data analysis skills.
• Experience with complexity modeling, unified data models, regulatory frameworks, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Understanding of GenAI and LLM applications in cybersecurity.
• Experience using or designing agentic AI workflows and connecting GenAI tools to APIs, internal data, and enterprise systems.
