Senior Product Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; office address in Santa Ana, California

Salary: $129,300–$172,300 annually

What you will do

• Create and implement pre- and post-launch product processes.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks affecting delivery timelines, quality, and user experience.
• Structure ambiguous problems and turn opportunities across product development teams into actionable plans.
• Use AI and automation to improve decision-making and scale product lifecycle workflows.
• Enable teams to adopt new tools and ways of working, including experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Customer Support on insights, reporting, and product enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations and/or product management.
• Direct experience managing product development lifecycle processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to structure complex, loosely defined problems and independently drive outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking, stakeholder communication, coordination, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI and automation to improve workflows.
• Experience with MS Office and Teams, Cursor, Claude, Amplitude, Segment, Miro, Jira, and Confluence, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
