Salary: $128,232 – $190,000 per year.

What you will do

• Resolve complex regulatory compliance matters and conduct comprehensive research.
• Monitor legislative changes and design solutions to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Develop and enhance compliance policies, protocols, and risk assessment strategies.
• Manage corporate governance, entity licensing, and mandatory state/federal filings.
• Prepare materials for internal and external regulatory audits and investigations.
• Incorporate AI and emerging technologies into compliance workflows to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of compliance experience in property & casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Legal degree preferred).
• Deep knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements (admitted and surplus lines).
• Must be based in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Hours.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance compliance risks and business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
