What you will do

• Review complex medical and personnel records to build case evidence.
• Conduct investigations with insured parties and obtain witness statements.
• Draft legal correspondence and prepare reports for ongoing claims.
• Instruct Counsel and experts while attending conferences and trials.
• Ensure strict adherence to Court timetables and SRA Code of Conduct.
• Liaise with insurers and insureds to progress claims effectively.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in handling mixed disease legal cases.
• Strong negotiation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Flexibility in managing a varied caseload.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Bolton.
