What you will do

• Own the intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs and related legal documents.
• Support UK lawyers with drafting and ad hoc legal tasks to streamline high-volume workflows.
• Coordinate client workflows and manage document portals to ensure professional delivery.
• Drive contracts through to execution while maintaining strict turnaround times.
• Balance speed with high-quality, commercially sound contract support.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
• 2+ years of experience in a transactional or corporate practice group or in-house commercial legal team.
• Hands-on experience with commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting.
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong grasp of relevant legal concepts and commercial pragmatism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
