Salary: Up to £45,000.

What you will do
- Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including customer agreements, supplier contracts, and NDAs.
- Provide clear, commercially-minded legal and risk advice to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure customer terms and conditions align with embedded banking flow-down requirements.
- Manage end-to-end caseloads from instruction to completion.
- Maintain and own the contract and NDA database.
- Develop legal templates, playbooks, and internal processes to support business scaling.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Solid experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- In-house experience or a clear understanding of internal legal functions.
- Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and managing negotiations.
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity and readability.
- Interest in banking or SaaS business models.
Nice to have
- Experience advising on and negotiating supplier contracts.
- Experience working within a bank, fintech, payments business, or other regulated financial services organization.
- Keen interest in streamlining legal processes.
