Location: Central - United States (Candidates in other locations will be considered)

Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical voice for 1-5 large enterprise clients.
• Lead customers through the evaluation and adoption of Databricks as part of their business strategy.
• Define and implement technical strategies to maximize the use of ML & AI within the Retail and CPG space.
• Build a movement of technical champions within customer accounts.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship to other team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with very large accounts (>$1m ARR) in the Retail and CPG space.
• 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activities.
• Strong technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• 3+ years of design and implementation experience with Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP, or full lifecycle data science solutions.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and US Pay Zone structure)
