What you will do

• Act as the lead technical visionary in the pre-sales process for Federal and FSI customers.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions aligned with mission requirements and strategic business goals.
• Lead and contribute to technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and other Federal procurement vehicles.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, architecture reviews, and solution briefings for stakeholders.
• Liaise between sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure feasible and deliverable solutions.
• Articulate the value of hirify.global against competing Federal and commercial offerings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales technical role such as Solutions Architect.
• Hands-on experience designing large-scale enterprise systems in AI/ML, HPC, or Big Data.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Federal Security Clearance.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between software, hardware, and networking in modern data centers.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
• Deep knowledge of AI/HPC architectures and Linux clusters.
• Familiarity with advanced file systems and SDS (e.g., Lustre, GPFS, WekaIO).
