Salary: $139,000 – $173,000

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing expertise across HPC, Cloud, and AI/ML solutions.
• Partner with sales teams to identify, architect, and close complex enterprise opportunities.
• Lead technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and other procurement vehicles.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with customer mission, security, and performance requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, architecture reviews, and solution briefings to diverse stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between sales and internal engineering/product teams to ensure solution feasibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales technical role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep, hands-on experience designing large-scale enterprise systems in AI/ML, HPC, or Big Data.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between software, hardware, and networking in modern data centers.
• Exceptional presentation and whiteboarding skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent architecture projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with advanced file systems and SDS such as Lustre, GPFS, or WekaIO.
