Salary: $157,500 – $210,700 per year

What you will do

• Implement full-stack solutions using hirify.global and integrate the platform into customer technology stacks.
• Advise customers and system integration partners on best practices and end-to-end architectural solutions.
• Develop new service offerings and assist with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex technical problems.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Customer Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python.
• Proven experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Exceptional technical communication skills to translate requirements between business and technical teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide real-time solutions in unstructured environments.
