What you will do

• Create and maintain the automation solution architecture to meet current and future customer requirements.
• Direct requirements and backlog maintenance to ensure alignment with product vision.
• Evaluate and recommend functional value streams to achieve competitive differentiation and market leadership.
• Lead technical debt assessment and resolution strategies.
• Advocate for automation integration opportunities across the company and partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams to deliver robust, secure, and performant solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering or technical product experience, with at least 5 years in a principal or senior leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of automation technologies, workload orchestration, and DevOps practices.
• Proven experience architecting scalable, resilient platforms for hybrid cloud and mainframe environments.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, or Go) and API design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Must be based in the United States and able to work in a global, distributed environment.

• Understanding of AI/ML integration for predictive and generative automation use cases.
• Experience with observability platforms and security best practices.
• Background in enterprise workload automation and batch processing.
