Base Salary Range: $136,300 - $204,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for Azure modernization programs spanning multiple teams and workstreams.
• Translate business goals into scalable technical designs, defining patterns and guardrails for implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-domain architects to integrate solutions and ensure a cohesive end-to-end architecture.
• Drive discovery and roadmap efforts, turning client needs into testable backlogs with clear non-functional requirements.
• Mentor architects and senior engineers to build their architectural judgment and design skills.
• Partner with sales and account leaders to set technical visions for strategic pursuits and client workshops.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering technical solutions, with 5+ years in solution architecture.
• 8+ years in data engineering, including at least 4+ years architecting data solutions on Azure.
• Deep expertise with Databricks and/or Fabric.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Proven experience designing modern data architectures (lakehouses, data mesh, streaming pipelines).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including ARM templates and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities using cloud-based AI services.
• Background in professional services or management consulting.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum at scale.
