Data and AI Customer Solutions Architect (AI): Architecting and delivering AI strategies and data platforms for strategic customers with an accent on executive alignment and ROI mapping. Focus on designing agentic patterns, implementing RAG, and orchestrating multi-cloud AI solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Location: Must be based in Irvine, Los Angeles, La Jolla, or San Francisco, CA. Willingness to travel up to 25% within the designated Sales District.

Salary: $143,000 - 180,000 annually + 40% target incentives

What you will do

  • Own the executive sales cycle from discovery to close, mapping business problems to technical offers and SOWs.
  • Build business cases focused on productivity, cost reduction, and compliance to drive C-level alignment.
  • Orchestrate virtual teams of pre-sales architects and engineers to deliver tailored AI solutions.
  • Partner with hyperscalers like Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud to unlock funding and POC motions.
  • Position governance, identity, and COE patterns to ensure responsible AI scaling.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and Salesforce hygiene using Sales Ops dashboards.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of success in solutions sales focused on data platforms, analytics, or AI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, M365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and GCP Vertex AI/BigQuery patterns.
  • Technical understanding of agentic patterns, including RAG, tool use, and orchestration.
  • Ability to translate executive-level objectives into structured AI roadmaps.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated Sales District, up to 25% of the time.
