Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field

Base salary: €84,000–€126,000 EUR per year, with potential bonus and annual refresh stock grants.

What you will do

• Scale vulnerability management coverage across global service teams.
• Design and implement automated workflows and custom tooling for the vulnerability lifecycle.
• Build agents and self-service capabilities that help developers identify and remediate security risks.
• Modernize security operations using AI and agentic AI frameworks.
• Partner with Product and Technology engineering teams to protect application services, infrastructure, and data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including security architecture, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
• 6+ years of experience with security engineering principles, threat intelligence platforms, and security automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Thorough understanding of threat and vulnerability management processes and information security principles.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages for advanced security tasks and security tool creation.
• Working knowledge of public cloud technologies, cloud-native applications, and security platforms such as Wiz, Qualys, or Tenable.
