Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (Vulnerability Management): Designing and scaling security programs and automated workflows to identify and remediate vulnerabilities across global service teams with an accent on security automation and AI/Agentic AI frameworks. Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (must spend at least 50% of time each quarter in the office)

Salary: €84,000 – €126,000

What you will do

• Design and implement strategies to expand vulnerability management coverage across global service teams.
• Develop custom tooling and automated workflows to eliminate manual bottlenecks in the vulnerability lifecycle.
• Build self-service capabilities allowing internal developers to detect and respond to security risks autonomously.
• Modernize internal security operations through AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Partner with development and engineering teams to protect application services, infrastructure, and data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including security architecture, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• 6+ years of experience in security engineering principles and security automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages for advanced security tasks and tool creation.
• Solid working knowledge of Public Cloud technologies, specifically GCP and/or AWS.
• Expertise with security platforms such as Wiz, Qualys, or Tenable.
