TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing post-sale relationships for customers leveraging the hirify.global platform to manage and secure Apple devices at scale with an accent on value realization and long-term retention. Focus on driving solution adoption, managing the full renewal process, and identifying expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam); Must be based in the Netherlands and have sponsorship to live and work in the Netherlands. Office attendance required 2 days per week.

hirify.global provides solutions to automate the deployment, management, and security of Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Apple TV in workplace and educational environments.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact and trusted advisor for Apple device management and security for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain executive-level and operational relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic account reviews, health checks, and planning sessions aligned to customer goals.
  • Drive adoption and maturity of hirify.global solutions to achieve measurable customer outcomes.
  • Own and facilitate the full renewal process, including forecasting, quoting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Partner with Sales and Technical counterparts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts with complex needs.
  • Familiarity with Apple ecosystems (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) and enterprise IT workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle, renewals, and customer health metrics.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands with valid work authorization or sponsorship.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or endpoint management solutions.
  • Technical acumen in MDM, Apple Business Manager, or security frameworks.
  • Certifications in hirify.global Products (hirify.global 100, 170, 200).
  • Associate degree or higher.
