What you will do
- Own and drive Success Plans for assigned customers to accelerate adoption and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Manage a Book of Business, focusing on mitigating churn risk and identifying growth opportunities.
- Drive consumption of Okta products through the implementation of best practices and data-driven tracking.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Support, and Engineering to align customer needs with product direction.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive decision-makers and map organizational hierarchies.
Requirements
- Fluent French and Italian are required.
- Experience in customer success management, ideally with a technical platform or solution.
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise environments and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Experience in driving product adoption and expansion through consulting-style engagement.
- Must be based in Paris, France.
