Senior Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in North America (USA or Canada). Flexible hybrid schedules available; remote roles are available in specific US states and regions.

Salary: $168,500 – $239,400 (USD) / CAD 216,500 – 299,250 (Toronto)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation engagements for front, middle, and back-office systems in asset and wealth management.
• Manage project execution, including team planning, facilitating client workshops, and ensuring quality standards.
• Own project governance, including budget tracking, status reporting, and handover of workflows to client teams.
• Mentor junior consultants in implementation best practices, including SDLC, migration strategy, and QA standards.
• Support business development by authoring client proposals and creating thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Asset and Wealth Management consulting or industry.
• Hands-on implementation experience with platforms such as SimCorp One, BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, or Bloomberg AIM.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs and managing executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of investment operating models (IBOR, ABOR) and data architecture.
• Must be based in North America (USA or Canada).
