Sr. Manager, Implementation - Engine X (Fintech)

Location: Remote - US

Base pay: $125,800–$160,000 USD annually

hirify.global is a travel and spend management platform combining corporate travel, a charge card, and spend management for businesses.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the implementation strategy for hirify.global X corporate card customers.
• Activate card programs quickly and configure them for each customer’s finance and expense stack.
• Lead ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense-platform integration workstreams.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and hirify.globalering to turn implementation blockers and field integration patterns into product priorities.
• Support complex sales cycles by scoping technical requirements and defining time-to-first-transaction.
• Drive customer adoption from contract signature through first transaction and steady-state use.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in implementation, solutions architecture, or technical program management within corporate cards, spend management, or B2B fintech.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• End-to-end experience implementing corporate card programs and translating finance and IT requirements into deployment plans.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Sage Intacct.
• Experience with HRIS, SSO, and expense platforms such as Concur, Expensify, Ramp, or Brex.
• Experience serving as a senior technical voice in customer sales processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with card issuing and payments infrastructure.
• Experience at a corporate card company such as Brex, Ramp, American Express, Capital One Spark, or Marqeta.
