What you will do

• Manage Oracle Fusion managed services, incident management, service requests, and system optimization using ITIL frameworks.
• Oversee support queues, triage issues, ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, and generate performance reports.
• Review Fusion release notes, identify risks and improvements for finance partners.
• Lead ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion, OneStream) including QA, release governance, cutover planning, and SOX compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for data migration, system integration, and boundary systems support.
• Drive team leadership, continuous improvement, automation, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Product/Program Management, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years progressive product/program management in technology; 5 years leading complex transformations in global organizations
• Experience implementing technology programs with PCI & SOX compliance
• Guiding technical teams, driving vendor performance, and regulatory compliance (SOX, SOC, PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO27001)
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
