Senior Manager, Technical Software Delivery (Oracle Fusion)

Salary: $144,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion managed services, including incident management, service requests, system optimization, support queues, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Lead governance and service reviews while coordinating internal teams, vendors, clients, and finance business partners.
• Oversee Oracle Fusion and OneStream implementation delivery, QA, release governance, IT SOX compliance, and project financials.
• Plan and execute cutovers from legacy systems, including data conversion, migration, integrations, boundary-system validation, and go-live readiness.
• Lead root-cause analysis, automation, service-quality improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Coach Oracle professionals, manage staffing and resource allocation, and drive technical team performance.

Requirements

• Degree in business, product management, program management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive technology product and program management experience.
• At least 5 years leading complex technology transformation programs in large global organizations.
• Experience implementing technology programs and guiding technical development and engineering teams.
• Experience with system integrators, technology vendors, PCI, SOX, SOC, PCI-DSS, and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
