Business Development Manager (Professional Liability)

Salary: Base $64,800–$70,000; Total Compensation $100,000–$120,000 (estimated annually)

What you will do

• Drive new business and solicit new agent/broker partnership opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Manage book results, tracking new and renewal metrics to address trends with broker partners.
• Facilitate the end-to-end business process from submission to issuance.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners through recurring quarterly status meetings.
• Coordinate with internal underwriters to facilitate the application and underwriting process.
• Represent the company at conventions and trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• B2B sales experience within the insurance industry preferred.
• Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
• Must be based in the US.
