What you will do

• Lead structural and foundation design for large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Ensure designs comply with local, state, federal safety regulations and international building codes.
• Optimize designs to provide the most economical means of satisfying the plant's design life.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and technical firms to implement innovative materials, software, and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field teams and construction personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering.
• 4+ years of progressive engineering and supervisory experience in heavy civil, industrial, utilities, or power generation.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate required.
• Must be based in the United States (implied by infrastructure focus and US-specific benefits).

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license with emphasis on construction, geotechnical, or structural engineering.
• Surveying experience.
