What you will do

• Lead end-to-end electrical VDC projects, ensuring model quality and constructability.
• Translate incomplete design information into coordinated, buildable electrical models.
• Manage coordination conversations and resolve clashes under schedule pressure.
• Guide and scale global modeling teams to ensure predictable delivery.
• Partner directly with electrical subcontractor clients to solve real-world construction challenges.
• Improve internal workflows, standards, and best practices for electrical VDC.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.

• Proven experience in electrical BIM/VDC project leadership.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and lead without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing leadership and coordination.
