Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Toronto or Mississauga, Canada. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $110,000–$129,000 CAD (Total annual cash compensation)

What you will do

• Build and own the product roadmap, setting strategic business priorities and direction.
• Lead the strategic roadmap aligning product priorities and customer insights across Investly.
• Ideate and track in-product A/B tests and experiments to achieve business outcomes.
• Craft compelling briefs for product launches and enhancements with unique value propositions.
• Collaborate with technical, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience with direct-to-customer digital products, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• 2+ years of experience with crypto and digital assets.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Technical fluency with system architecture, APIs, and technical constraints.
• Valid work authorization for Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Customer Journey Analytics.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
