TL;DR
Product Manager, Investly (Crypto): Building and growing a digital investing platform through product strategy, roadmap development, experimentation, and go-to-market collaboration with an accent on customer insights, data-driven growth, and digital assets. Focus on prioritizing product backlogs, designing A/B tests, translating business goals into technical requirements, and coordinating marketing, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Salary: Annual cash compensation of $110,000–$129,000, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do
- Build and own the Investly product roadmap, setting strategic priorities and aligning product, customer experience, and business outcomes.
- Research customer needs, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for new products and features.
- Prioritize data requests, product backlogs, and growth initiatives using customer insights and financial data.
- Plan and track in-product A/B tests and experiments with technical teams to achieve business outcomes.
- Create product launch and enhancement briefs, value propositions, and educational content guidance for marketing and social teams.
- Partner with development, marketing, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders on product delivery and communications.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience with direct-to-customer digital products, including strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
- 2+ years of experience with crypto and digital assets.
- Experience managing products from concept to launch, defining requirements, writing user stories, and prioritizing backlogs.
- Knowledge of marketing, customer journey analytics, user research, customer interviews, usability testing, or analytics.
- Technical fluency with system architecture, APIs, technical constraints, stakeholder management, and project execution.
