Sr. Advisor, Product Management

Location: Burlington, Canada; hybrid with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

Salary: CAD 131,000–182,000 annually, plus applicable variable compensation

What you will do

• Lead the multi-year product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Income and Employment Verification products in Canada.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and compliance-by-design through launch, iteration, and scale.
• Conduct market assessments, customer discovery, usability research, experiments, and A/B tests.
• Partner with technology and operations to source, normalize, and enrich payroll and HCM data while defining data quality thresholds and SLAs.
• Oversee API design, developer tools, developer experience, monitoring, analytics, and platform reliability.
• Define pricing, packaging, launch readiness, rollout strategies, product documentation, and backlog priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of product management experience in VOIE, credit reporting, financial services, data, or compliance-heavy products.
• Experience shipping products that handle sensitive data under strong privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in experimentation, analytics, metric design, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
• Strong knowledge of agile product methodologies, product development life cycles, and the Canadian credit ecosystem.
• Technical acumen across APIs, data pipelines, identity resolution, monitoring, observability, and platform reliability.
