Group Product Manager - Domain Platform (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Toronto, Ontario office

Salary: CAD 150,000–160,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the strategy and roadmap for cloud-based domain platform products in collaboration with the Director of Product.
• Assess product positioning, value propositions, competitive landscape, business opportunities, and resource allocation.
• Define and manage initiatives that deliver incremental value and align with organizational goals.
• Lead the development and prioritization of AI capabilities grounded in audit methodology.
• Use customer research, journey insights, product metrics, and KPIs to guide product requirements and decisions.
• Mentor employees, coordinate cross-functional work, and engage with customers, partners, strategic accounts, and global teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex product launches and projects.
• 8+ years conducting external financial statement audits at a public accounting firm, or experience designing or implementing software solutions for external audit teams within a national public accounting firm's office.
• Strong people management, cross-functional leadership, strategic decision-making, prioritization, and communication skills.
• CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
• Experience using data and customer insights to guide product decisions and enabling teams to operate autonomously.
• Ability to work 3 days per week from the Toronto office.
