Focus on synthesizing analytical findings, building expertise in emerging technologies, and contributing to client delivery and knowledge creation.

What you will do
- Support transformation projects for clients across different industries.
- Execute assignments involving intelligent data structuring, data analysis, and benchmarking.
- Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and map business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and provide team support.
- Contribute to workshops, publications, seminars, and knowledge exchange.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
- 0–3 years of consulting experience.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics.
- Dutch and English language skills are required.
- Work permit sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Fluent German.
- Previous relevant professional experience.
