Junior Engineer

TL;DR

Junior Engineer (Data/AI): Execute transformation project assignments for clients, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, and functional specifications with an accent on analytical synthesis and building expertise in data and AI-related topics. Focus on supporting teams in client delivery and contributing to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.

What you will do

• Work on transformation projects as an engineer consultant, executing project assignments end-to-end.
• Perform intelligent data structuring, data analysis, and benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops, including workshop animation.
• Build process maps and draft functional specifications.
• Take on team support roles as needed and contribute to knowledge creation and exchange.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders across different industries.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Languages: Dutch and English required.
• Strong interest in Energy.
• Analytical mindset to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, Belgium, or Luxembourg).
