Junior Engineer (Data and AI)

What you will do

• Support transformation projects for clients across different industries.
• Execute assignments involving intelligent data structuring, data analysis, and benchmarking.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and map business processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and provide team support.
• Contribute to workshops, publications, seminars, and knowledge exchange.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of consulting experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics.
• Dutch and English language skills are required.
• Work permit sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
• Previous relevant professional experience.
