Location: Helsinki, Finland. Hybrid working model with up to 2 remote days per week.

What you will do

• Provide disciplinary and professional leadership for a technical presales team across Germany, the Netherlands, and Finland.
• Drive team development, upskilling, inclusive collaboration, and operational risk mitigation.
• Identify market opportunities and develop competitive technical solutions that support order intake and revenue growth.
• Lead presales support for tenders and customer projects in partnership with sales, bids, and program delivery leaders.
• Align regional teams and executive stakeholders around business growth and customer requirements.
• Manage regional budgets and multiple cost centers, balancing resource optimization, delivery, and profitability.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of mission-critical communications, PMR, TETRA, and modern private 4G/5G broadband networks.
• Experience in direct team management and disciplinary leadership, including distributed cross-border teams.
• Hands-on experience with technical presales, competitive bidding, tenders, and customer-oriented solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills across customers, executives, sales, and project teams.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical or business field.
• Standard Finnish security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or domain knowledge in public safety and defense markets.
• Experience managing regional cost centers, cost forecasting, and profitability targets.
