Functional Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Gather business requirements with clients and document future-state processes using industry best practices.
• Collect and analyze sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other supply chain data from multiple sources.
• Translate business logic into functional and technical designs, configure the o9 platform, and build complex datasets.
• Apply statistical methods, optimization algorithms, simulations, and predictive models to create forecasts, operational plans, and business insights.
• Develop and execute workflow and data analytics test cases, track issues, and support automated testing.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, research and development teams, and business and IT stakeholders; deliver user training and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Degree in operations research, industrial engineering, engineering management, business analytics, computer science, or a related operations or analytics field is preferred.
• 0–3 years or more of experience presenting complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Statistical, optimization, and simulation skills using tools such as R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar are required.
• Strong analytical, data mining, mathematics, and statistics skills, with the ability to process large datasets.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, demonstration, and training skills are required.
• English at business communication level and native-level Korean are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with planning systems or ERP tools.
• Experience leading supply chain planning solution implementations through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, go-live, and value realization.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise implementations using agile methodology.
