What you will do

• Own and refine the product backlog, writing clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Management to shape roadmaps and prioritize work based on value and risk.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX, and Analytics to deliver high-quality product increments.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and address blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Use usage analytics and customer feedback to validate outcomes and drive improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery role within an agile software environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into structured epics and user stories.
• Experience with prioritization trade-offs and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Working knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and agile delivery practices.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on APIs, data flows, and non-functional requirements.
• Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to inform product decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with data products or the automotive domain.
• Background in global or multi-country organizations with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with service operations, incident management, and discovery techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as PSPO or SAFe POPM.
