What you will do

• Staff Fleet Operations warehouses across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and advise on talent acquisition best practices.
• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing to final hire.
• Build diversified candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing techniques.
• Manage candidate communication to ensure a stellar experience.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to track and communicate hiring trends.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German.
• Several years of experience in end-to-end volume recruitment for warehouse or blue-collar roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Berlin.
