What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of calibration engineers and technical leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure delivery of robust transmission controls solutions that meet regulatory, program, and customer requirements.
• Manage priorities, risks, and tradeoffs across planning, development, validation, and launch phases.
• Partner with hardware, software, emissions compliance, and vehicle integration teams to meet system requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and decision-making support on controls, diagnostics, and communication strategies.
• Align calibration work to organizational strategies, managing budget and resource planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automotive, or related field).
• 8+ years of experience in engine powertrain calibration, controls, or related propulsion systems.
• 3+ years of technical or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of powertrain operation, emissions, diagnostics, and calibration development processes.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for vehicle programs and calibration testing.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience leading calibration across multiple vehicle programs or technical domains.
• Knowledge of global emissions regulations and compliance processes.
