What you will do

• Develop advanced technical solutions aligned with product and system requirements.
• Apply engineering technologies, standards, and best practices to guide technical decisions.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems using structured, data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop new technologies and improve engineering processes.
• Lead project planning, execution, risk management, and closeout activities.
• Provide technical expertise, mentoring, and guidance to peers and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Engineering degree required for Latin America candidates).
• 5 or more years of professional experience in electrical, computer, or related engineering fields.
• Experience working across multiple functions and with external partners or organizations.
• Background in cross-functional projects, multiple roles within a division, or plant-based engineering assignments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Akron, OH for a hybrid work arrangement.
