What you will do

• Support the Product Development Process (PDP) for assigned customer projects and products.
• Represent the company at customer sites for technical meetings and coordination.
• Coordinate product development projects from the design phase through to full production.
• Manage project budgets, monitor results, and implement corrective measures for deviations.
• Analyze automotive industry trends and recommend strategic actions to leverage changes.
• Manage technical relationships and resolve customer concerns by coordinating internal resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business from a four-year college or university.
• 1-2 years of related experience or training.
• General automotive technical knowledge, including powertrains and vehicle testing.
• Familiarity with OEM product development systems and processes.
• Current or future sponsorship for employment-based visas is not provided.
