What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to validate Salesforce functionality and integrations.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure compliance with federal security standards.
• Validate data migration from legacy systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to design effective test strategies based on user stories.
• Identify and track defects using Jira and participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups).
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate training materials to ensure usability.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Must possess a Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance.
• Must reside in the U.S. and have lived in the U.S. for three of the last five years.
• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer developing application test plans and scripts.
• 1+ years of experience working on large Salesforce implementations.
• 3+ years of proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience testing Salesforce solutions for federal clients (DHS or DoD).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance testing and ATO processes.
• Experience testing compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
• Experience with automated testing tools for Salesforce environments.
