What you will do

• Review and validate AI-generated test results for accuracy, completeness, and false positives/negatives.
• Perform manual test execution, targeted exploratory testing, and edge-case analysis for complex workflows.
• Own the QA strategy and execution for your squad, including test planning and release readiness decisions.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright following Page Object Model (POM) design patterns.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot into the testing workflow to accelerate coverage.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and customer support to triage and resolve defects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright or another modern automation framework (Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
• Proven ability to create test plans and make risk-based decisions regarding release readiness.
• Proficiency with Jira and test management tools like Xray.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience with Playwright.
• Experience testing applications built on the Salesforce platform.
• Prior experience in legal technology or document management products.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with AI testing concepts such as hallucination detection and confidence scoring.
