What you will do

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation aligned with technical requirements.
• Perform API testing using Postman to validate integrations with third-party systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers and admins for resolution.
• Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure full test coverage.
• Support UAT planning and execution, coordinating with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce QA Analyst/Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing in Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence.
• English: C1 level required for clear and effective communication.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email journeys, segmentation).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Playwright, CRT, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of AI concepts pertaining to quality assurance.
