What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and scenarios for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations with external systems and third-party services.
• Validate REST and SOAP APIs and ensure backend interface reliability.
• Perform comprehensive data validation to ensure integrity and accuracy across integrated systems.
• Manage defects using Jira and maintain testing artifacts in Zephyr or QMetry.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience testing Salesforce applications and platform functionality.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP API testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Quincy, MA

Nice to have

• Experience in public health, healthcare, or government technology.
• Salesforce Associate or Administrator certification.
• SAFe certification.
• Experience with Snowflake or test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).
