What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to validate requirements and identify testing gaps.
• Define test scenarios and plan test suites before code implementation.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing on new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Provide quality insights and direct testing efforts alongside the development team daily.
• Help define and improve QA standards and processes across the team.
• Create and maintain documentation for application changes and known issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Greater Vancouver area for hybrid work.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a QA role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and define new QA processes.
• Technically minded with a results-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience writing automation tests for modern web applications (e.g., Playwright).
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing AI-powered features or using AI tooling.
• Background working in nonprofit or community center environments.
