What you will do
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to validate requirements and identify testing gaps.
- Define test scenarios and plan test suites before code implementation.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing on new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Provide quality insights and direct testing efforts alongside the development team daily.
- Help define and improve QA standards and processes across the team.
- Create and maintain documentation for application changes and known issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Greater Vancouver area for hybrid work.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a QA role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and define new QA processes.
- Technically minded with a results-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Experience writing automation tests for modern web applications (e.g., Playwright).
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience testing AI-powered features or using AI tooling.
- Background working in nonprofit or community center environments.
