QA/Test Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Remote (Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, typically requiring US citizenship or permanent residency)

What you will do

• Own sprint gate quality reviews for assigned development teams prior to promotion.
• Design and execute scripted test cases aligned with requirements for specific capability areas.
• Facilitate incremental user acceptance testing (UAT) and synthesize findings into actionable backlog items.
• Maintain and execute regression test suites after every sprint deployment.
• Coordinate cross-team integration testing with other QA engineers at the close of each sprint.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of QA/test engineering experience specifically on Salesforce programs (sandbox testing, Apex validation, feature scoresheets).
• Experience with performance testing at scale and integration testing against live or near-live endpoints.
• Proven experience facilitating operational UAT sessions.

Nice to have

• Active U.S. Government Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• ISTQB Certified Tester or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with DAF scheduling, training management, or data integration.
