What you will do
- Drive product-led growth for the AI in Skilled Nursing segment by establishing early wins and repeatable GTM motions.
- Define validation priorities and partner with engineering to prove value with strategic early adopters.
- Orchestrate and align cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
- Influence the product roadmap and investment decisions by synthesizing customer feedback and market data.
- Build and develop high-performing teams through strategic hiring and professional coaching.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in product, growth, or strategy within HealthTech or SaaS.
- Proven success scaling B2B SaaS products from post-launch through sustained market adoption and revenue growth.
- Experience leading AI-enabled or data-driven products.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to align senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers to validate value and guide adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
