What you will do
- Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy across the entire portfolio, including AI-powered offerings and strategic partnerships.
- Develop launch frameworks and readiness plans to align Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
- Create compelling portfolio narratives and value propositions that resonate with pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare stakeholders.
- Own the Field Enablement strategy, providing sales teams with scalable tools, resources, and training for the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with Sales and Client Success to build repeatable commercial frameworks and strategic sales plays.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, specifically within HealthTech and AdTech.
- Deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercial storytelling and executive-level presentations.
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales organizations to build scalable enablement models.
- Demonstrated success in fast-growth, sales-focused company environments.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.

- Experience integrating narratives and product portfolios through mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience using AI to streamline workflows and enhance organizational value.
